Delivery Charges
All orders above AED 200 in total will be delivered FREE of charge, while orders below AED 200 will be charged AED 25 as delivery charges.
Delivery Policy
ABS Express General Trading LLC will take great care to ensure that you receive all purchased items in perfect condition.
We deliver from Saturday to Thursday, between 09:00 AM and 06:00 PM. All orders received between 10:00 AM and 02:30 PM every day will be processed for delivery on the next working day. Orders received after the cut-off time will be processed the next day. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you provide. Similarly, an e-mail will also be sent if your order has been disapproved or discontinued for any reason.
All orders will be delivered by our own staff using company vehicles. We will make every effort to deliver on the next working day, but the Company will not be liable for any possible loss caused by late delivery.
We understand the importance of ‘On-Time’ delivery, so please notify us via telephone or email if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable timeframe.
Order Availability
Products listed on the website are available for sale as long as they are in stock. Buyers will be notified via e-mail or phone for orders that cannot be fulfilled at the moment.
Pricing Information
While ABS Express General Trading LLC strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. We cannot confirm the price of a product until after you place your order.
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a pricing or product error, ABS Express reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders for that product, unless the item has already been dispatched.
If an item is wrongly priced, we may either contact you for further instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Unless the product ordered by you has been dispatched, your offer will not be deemed accepted, and ABS Express has the right to adjust the price and seek confirmation from you before proceeding.
If your order is accepted, the amount will be charged to your credit card and you’ll be notified by email. The payment may be processed before the product is dispatched. If we cancel the order after processing the payment, the amount will be reversed back to your credit card.
No cash refunds will be made under any circumstances.
